Miguel Angel Molina Studio Visit

Miguel Angel Molina is a well known Spanish artist  based in Paris. Far from following fashions and trends, his style remains true to question constantly the tradition of painting, meditating and criticizing its verticality and medium simplicity.

Based in Paris, Molina has the joy of having inside of his house a whole space for his studio, where he explores the artistic possibilities of rare materials and objects, following his peculiar instinct and style. In our last visit to Paris we visited Miguel Angel, and discovered his newest paintings and artworks he has been collecting over the years.

His house is a modernist temple, inspired by Le Corbusier and with renowned designer pieces and art, however, this minimal and classic approach to his lifestyles breaks its monotony when arriving at his studio. Color and matter are everywhere, putting into evidence Molina’s passion for constant creation and art of pure quality and simplicity in its forms.
