About
Lives and works in Barcelona.
«For years I investigate the idea of duality. What happens when the same person is in front of and behind the camera? The one that is exposed and observed at the same time, the photographer and the model. I establish a dialogue, a connection, between these two figures. As if with each image that I shoot, one tries to find the clue of the other. One tries to communicate with the other.
Starting from an intimate photography, and using the self-portrait and the nude as genres, I explore my closest environment: home. Capturing the subtle changes that happen in the atmosphere; throughout the day, depending on the time of the year. I use my body and my femininity to play with light, shadows, colors… And thus create a particular universe, from which to offer a mystery, an emotion.»
